About us
Palette Co. provides painting experiences, including:
• Public painting sessions
• Private events (hen parties, birthdays, corporate events, etc.)
• Mobile events at hired venues, private homes or third-party locations
• We operate in the UK

Booking & Payments
Public Events
• All public events must be booked and paid in advance via our website.
• Spaces are limited and confirmed only once payment is received.
Private Events
• Private events are booked via enquiry form.
• A booking is only confirmed once:
• Details are agreed in writing, and
• A deposit or full payment (as agreed) is received.
Cancellations & Refunds
Public Events
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event may be rescheduled or refunded (minus any booking fees).
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
• If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Private Events
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellation terms will be agreed in writing at the time of booking.
• If we are unable to deliver the event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a refund or reschedule.
Attendance an behaviour
• Participants must arrive on time.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in an unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate manner.
• Alcohol consumption is the responsibility of the participant and/or venue.
Alchohol
• We do not sell alcohol unless explicitly stated.
• Alcohol may be:
• Provided by the venue
• Brought by participants where permitted
• It is the responsibility of participants and venues to comply with local licensing laws.
• We do not serve alcohol to anyone under 18.
Health & Safety
• Participants take part at their own risk.
• We are not responsible for:
• Allergic reactions
• Damage to clothing or personal belongings
• Aprons and materials are provided, but paint may stain
Liability
• We hold Public Liability Insurance.
• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by UK law.
• We are not responsible for:
• Injuries caused by misuse of materials
• Incidents caused by third-party venues
• Personal property loss or damage
Photography & Marketing
• Photos or videos may be taken during events for marketing purposes.
• If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform us in advance.
Intellectual property
• All content on our website, including images, text and branding, remains the property of Palette Co.
• Artwork created during sessions belongs to the participant.
Third - party venues
• When events take place at third-party venues, their rules and policies also apply.
• We are not responsible for venue-specific issues.
Changes to events
• We reserve the right to:
• Change instructors
• Adjust timings slightly
• Substitute materials if necessary
Government Law
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland / United Kingdom.
