Do I need to wear special clothes?
Not at all! We recommend wearing clothes you’re comfortable in and don’t mind getting a little paint on. We do provide aprons for all guests, but please note that Palette Co can’t be responsible for any paint marks on clothing or personal items

How long is the session?
Most of our sessions last around 2–3 hours, depending on the experience. We kindly ask guests to arrive 15 minutes early to get settled, grab a drink if available, and make sure you don’t miss any part of the experience.
Do I need to bring anything?
Nope, we’ve got you covered!
We provide all materials, including paints, brushes, one canvas or one tote bags (depending on the event), and aprons. All you need to bring is your enthusiasm and good vibes.

Do I need any painting experience?
Absolutely not. Our sessions are designed for everyone, especially beginners. This is about relaxing, having fun, and enjoying the moment not about being perfect.
Can I come alone or do I need to come with a group?
You’re welcome to come solo, with a friend, or as part of a group. Our open sessions are a great way to meet new people, while private bookings are perfect for birthdays, celebrations, or special occasions.

What kind of events do you offer?
We offer a mix of open sessions, private group bookings, and themed experiences, including tote bag painting and our one of our signature experiences Paint & Speak Spanish. Full details will be available when bookings open.

Will there be food or drinks?
Palette Co. does not provide meals or alcohol. For sessions hosted at licensed venues, guests are welcome to purchase drinks directly from the venue, in line with their policies.

From our side, we love adding small thoughtful touches to the experience you may find sealed treats or little surprises at your table to enjoy during the session, so please let us know if you have any allergies when booking.

What is your cancellation policy?
Due to limited spaces and advance preparation, bookings are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event. Transfers to another date may be possible when requested in advance, subject to availability. Please see our full Booking Policy for details.
Can I take my artwork home?
Of course! Everything you create during the session is yours to take home and enjoy or show off proudly!

Can I take photos or videos during the session?
Yes, absolutely! We encourage guests to capture their experience and share the fun. Just be mindful of others and their privacy. We may also take photos or short videos for our social media, if you’d prefer not to be included, simply let us know on the day.

Is the experience suitable for everyone?
Palette Co. offers a variety of experiences designed for different audiences. While many of our sessions are aimed at adults, we also offer family-friendly and children’s painting sessions on selected dates.
Availability of children’s sessions will depend on the venue and its licensing conditions, as some locations may restrict access for under-18s. Any child-friendly events will be clearly labelled in advance and hosted in appropriate venues.
If you have specific requirements or would like more information about upcoming sessions, please feel free to contact us.
